Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This policy explains what information Plato AI (“Plato AI”, “we”) collects when you visit plato.ai, and how we use it.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company, the area you are interested in and your message. Along with it we receive the page that prompted your message (for example, the framework you came from), the first page you visited on this visit, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in that page’s address.

Your message is delivered to our team by email through Amazon Web Services. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about our services, and we keep it for as long as needed for those purposes. We may keep your contact details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and send you occasional emails about our services; every such email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which features they use, such as site search, our analytical frameworks and contact links. It records events such as page views, searches, framework use and form submissions (not the content of your message), along with your browser and device type and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.

We have turned off Google signals and advertising features, so this data is not used to personalize ads. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to recognize returning visitors; by default they expire after up to two years.

You can stop analytics in any of these ways:

  • Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. When it is on, we do not load Google Analytics at all.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which processes standard server request data to deliver pages. Google provides our analytics, and we may use a CRM or email service to manage enquiries and send updates. Each acts on our behalf under its own terms.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by emailing hello@plato.ai. We will respond as required by the privacy laws that apply to you.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
